Mexican Sour Gherkin Cucumber

Back again! 60-70 days. Not a true Cucumber but a distant relative, this mini Central American heirloom, AKA the Cucamelon, looks like a tiny Watermelon: grape-sized with smooth pale green skin and dark green speckles and stripes. Just off the vine, they're eaten whole, crunchy and refreshing with a slightly sour Cucumber flavor. Delicious! Its prolific vines look delicate, but they ramble quickly to form a big mass of foliage swarming with fruits. (OP.)
