Please open your order immediately upon receipt and notify our Customer Service Department should there be a problem. Check your order carefully to make sure that you have received all items specified on the packing slip. Please inform us of any missshiped items within ten days so that we may correct your order. We cannot be held responsible for any crop losses due weather conditions, improper storage conditions, improper site conditions, improper climate plantings or for any costs other than the actual cost of the seeds. We do not make substitutions. In the event that a variety is sold out or unavailable for horticultural reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you may make an alternate selection.

Customer concerns regarding shipments should be made immediately following order receipt (within ten days). Seeds and sets are perishable products. Returns are not accepted unless authorized in advance by John Scheepers Kitchen Garden Seed Company within three days of receipt of order. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned orders and for orders canceled after shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
