Chinese Red Noodle Bean

90 days. Basically the deep red version of Orient Wonder Pole Beans, Red Noodle Beans are even more attractive, both in the garden and in the kitchen. The vines ramble and twine up to 10’ and the large, gorgeous lavender flowers yield deep burgundy, stringless beans that drape up to 20” long. Snap them into smaller pieces, saute them with a bit of olive oil and garlic, and sprinkle them with salt and parmesan cheese to enjoy their unique nutty flavor. Delicious!
