Mashed Celeriac Potatoes


  • Brilliant Celeriac
  • Yellow Finn, Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes
  • Milk or cream
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper


Peel and chunk cut equal parts of Brilliant Celeriac and Yellow Finn, Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes. Boil in a large pot of rapidly boiling water until fork tender. Drain and mash together; add some butter and whip until finely incorporated. Add a bit of milk or cream to reach a good consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately or heat until a bit bubbly.
