Maple Shallot Salad Dressing


  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons good, natural maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for just a minute (with the lid tightly on). It is a perfect salad dressing for Butterhead Lettuce, Arugula, Small-Type Tomatoes, dried wild blueberries and crumbled goat cheese.
