Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced Onions
- 1 cup sliced Shallots
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Thyme
Instructions
Sauté Onions and Shallots in butter. Place in a glass baking dish. Beat eggs, half & half (can substitute with whole milk), salt, pepper and optional lemon Thyme together. Pour egg mix over the Onions in the baking dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes at 425ºF.
