Nootka Rose Garlic Spring-Shipped (Softneck)

A silverskin bred in the Pacific Northwest and adaptable to almost any climate, this strong-flavored, late-maturing, heirloom softneck Garlic yields 15-24 rose-streaked, easy-to-peel cloves per large, silvery white head. The richer the soil, the paler the cloves. This is a popular Garlic for braiding, and it stores exceptionally well.
