Hibiscus moscheutos. Fabulous in terrace containers, Hibiscus have extravagant blossoms that often match the size of dinner plates. A southern garden favorite, moisture-loving Hibiscus make a lush, tropical statement with luxurious and brilliantly colored flowers. It is best to start Hibiscus indoors 8 to 10 weeks before transplanting outside after the threat of spring frost has passed. Intolerant of night chills, they must be tucked away indoors before even a hint of fall frost. Tender annual. Summer flowering. Height: 30” to 39”.
